Registered office

Every UK resident company is required by law to have an address in the UK where official correspondence, such as documents from a court, letters from HM Revenue & Customs or from Companies House, can be served. The company’s registered office address must appear on letterheads, invoices, order forms, websites and financial documents.

Many of our clients use our address as their registered office in order to protect their privacy if trading from a home address.
Our registered office service includes the forwarding of all official correspondence to a designated address from our office. Our fee for this service is £99 per annum plus mail forwarding costs.
